By downloading, installing, or using M3U Easy ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
OjiNoG Software grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes purely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
M3U Easy is a tool for managing and organizing media playlists. OjiNoG Software does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any media content, IPTV channels, or streams.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you load into the Software. You agree not to use the Software to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Certain features are locked behind a paid license ("PRO"). PRO licenses are lifetime per-user licenses. PRO+ Cloud subscriptions are billed annually. Refunds are handled via our Merchant of Record (LemonSqueezy) within 14 days of purchase if the software does not work as advertised.
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will be compatible with every IPTV provider.
In no event shall OjiNoG Software be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
